3.2 Verification. 27vip may at any time, and will for withdrawal requests above defined thresholds, require you to complete identity verification ("KYC") by submitting a valid government-issued Philippine identification document and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the stipulated timeframe may have withdrawals withheld pending verification.
3.3 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. 27vip will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify 27vip immediately if you suspect unauthorised account access.
3.4 Account Ownership. 27vip accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your account or any credit balance to another person.
4.1 Accepted Methods. 27vip currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). 27vip reserves the right to modify available payment methods without prior notice.

4.3 Processing Times. Deposits are credited to your 27vip wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Standard withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are processed within ten (10) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.
4.4 Same-Method Policy. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit. 27vip reserves the right to request verification before processing withdrawals to a different payment method.
4.5 Fees. 27vip does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party fees charged by payment providers are outside 27vip's control and may apply.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. An account with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months is considered dormant. A monthly administrative fee of ₱50 will be deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players will be notified by SMS before dormancy fees commence.
5.1 General Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available on 27vip are subject to these Terms and to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of conflict between these Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion details. Unless otherwise specified, standard wagering requirements are 30x the bonus amount.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. 27vip reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings derived from bonuses, and suspend accounts where bonus abuse is identified. 5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus credits that are not wagered within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the account balance.
5.5 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. 27vip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any such change does not affect a player's accrued and properly earned bonus balance.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game on 27vip is governed by its own set of game rules, accessible from within the game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm your understanding of and agreement to those rules.
6.2 Technical Failures. In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or software error that affects game outcome, 27vip will investigate the incident and, where verifiable from server logs, credit or void bets accordingly. 27vip's determination of the correct game outcome from server records is final.
